Mixed grain lumber can be used for many different projects - framing, siding, and decking to name just a few. Mixed grain lumber is cut from smaller trees and is also more cost effective than vertical grain lumber. Along with the look of the different grain lines, the wood will also naturally age and develop a warm patina.
